1. Tulsi Tea

Rich in antioxidants, Tulsi Tea is an energizing drink that you should really have throughout the year. But during monsoon, when your body’s immunity may get low due to the changing weather, tulsi tea is a much-needed drink. It will help you in improving your stamina, digestion and also to fight infections.

It’s also super easy to make, requiring lesser time than even making your regular cup of tea. All you need to do is get some tulsi leaves and put in boiling water. You also add ginger, cardamom, and honey for added flavor.

2. Sukku Malli Coffee

Sukku Malli Coffee is a common household remedy in Tamilian households for cold, cough, headaches and giddiness. Actually, the name of this drink is slightly misleading. Sukku Malli Coffee doesn’t really have coffee.

It is made from dry ginger (sukku), coriander and cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, and pepper. All these ingredients except dry ginger powder are roasted after which they are added to water. Made out of spices, this tea has a very strong aroma and flavor.

3. Cinnamon Tea

Cinnamon tea is a simple healthy beverage that has tasty sweet and spicy flavor. Cinnamon is a natural antibacterial and antimicrobial agent, so it is especially a good drink to have in the monsoon for boosting your immunity.

There are many ways to make cinnamon tea, but the most basic recipe requires you to only add some cinnamon sticks to some milk or water. Honey, ginger, and lemon are other additions that can add a dash of flavor to this tea.

4. Peppermint Tea
